Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery in 6-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping - Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $55.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@vector-and-form.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
